If your seat is narrower than 17.7 in, it will overhang the sides.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 weeks from the day you order. Some orders arrive sooner, and in busy periods a few take longer.

We ship from our international fulfilment partners, which is why it takes longer than a domestic warehouse would.

Memory foam is made to soften when it warms up, and under daily use it comes back a little less each time.

The layer you sit on here is firm gel, and gel doesn't go soft with body heat. There's a foam base underneath that softens the surface, but the gel does the work.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. There's nothing to send back.

Spot clean the cover with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry. Don't put the cushion itself in the washer or dryer.

Yes. It arrives fully covered in a soft 100% polyester cover.

A firm gel layer on top of a foam base, a 100% polyester cover, and a non-slip bottom that stays put when you shift, lean or stand.

We don't claim it treats or fixes any medical condition. What it does: the gel spreads your weight more evenly than foam, and the cutout means your tailbone isn't the part holding you up. If you have a medical condition, please check with your doctor.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to start showing movement, which is normal.

If it's running behind, email us and we'll chase it for you. If 45 days have passed since your shipping confirmation and it still hasn't arrived, we'll resend it or refund you in full, your choice.

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. Once an order has shipped we can't change where it's going.

Sit on it for up to 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right for you, email support@satisfycomfort.com with your order number and we'll reply with the return address.

Send it back with its cover using a tracked shipping method (return shipping is paid by you). We refund the item price within 5 business days of receiving it.

One trial per customer. If you return part of a bundle, the cushions you keep are re-priced at the regular single price.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement.

Yes, if you email us within 12 hours of ordering. We'll cancel and refund in full. After that, your order may already be on its way.
